This Policy sets out the principles and commitments that guide GRID-Arendal’s work to foster an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace where all individuals are valued and have equal opportunities. The Policy establishes specific objectives, actions, responsibilities, and resources to promote gender balance, prevent harassment, strengthen organisational capacity, ensure work-life balance, and achieve gender pay equity. It aims to ensure that gender equality and diversity are embedded across all organisational activities, in alignment with national and EU standards as well as the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
